first trip of the season. 3 days at the Dee and 3 days at the Lower Oykel. At the Dee I had perfect condition, light flood with 4ft. down to 2.5ft. , on the third day I saw 4 fish at Jetties/Lower Dess, they didn‘t cooperate. At the Lower Oykel we had low water, at the first day we had a blizzard, the two other days Paul had two strikes, so also no fish in the net.

We go back to the Lower Oykel in the last week of april so hopefully more fish are in the river than, fingers crossed🍀
